Being an Independent, we don’t carry the greater overheads synonymous with the larger national companies, and can therefore offer our services for a comparatively lower cost.

We do our utmost to book a service time at the Crematorium Chapel or Cemetery that is suited to you – not the other way around. Most other Funeral Directors do not include this in their basic price. The only extras you need to pay for are outlined below – for example, if you wanted to choose a different coffin or need following Limousines.

Our service fees are currently £2245 and are inclusive of:

Removal from a local address during normal working hours
A fully furnished oak style coffin (see it here)
Full use of our facilities
Provision of our professional services
Attending to all the necessary arrangements
Provision of a hearse, 4 bearers and funeral conductor

Disbursements are extra fees that are paid to third parties. Currently, they are as follows:

Crematorium

Minister/Officiant

£869 – Eastbourne
£971 – Wealden

Burial and church fees are all individual and we can discuss these with you when making funeral arrangements.

(All crematorium and cemetery fees must be paid in advance of the funeral)

Out of hours collection is £200

Following limousines are £270 per car, and are licensed to hold six persons

If embalming or viewing is required, then there is a one-off fee of £130

Church service prior to burial or cremation is £420

Disbursements are extra fees that are paid to third parties. Currently, they are as follows:
